The contract is ratified. You've found the home, and now its time
to be sure there are no hidden surprises.

The home inspection is a critical milestone. You want a home inspector who is technically sharp. You also want one who

will engage you in the process.  You want to get the most from this opportunity to learn about three important aspects of your new home:

  • The condition of the home and its systems, and how well it has been maintained.

  • A guided tour of the home’s systems and how to operate them

  • The chance to ask any questions you want and to get clear and informative answers to your questions.

We work to make you comfortable with the home inspection regardless of you level of experience with home ownership.

Whether its your first home or you have owned many, our goals are the same.  We will take the time to discuss what we are seeing and to put everything in context so you and your Realtor® can make a more informed decision. Our Inspection Report will have lots of detailed pictures and descriptions of everything we noted in the inspection  without surprises.
