Kurt Mickelwait has over 35 years’ experience in residential and commercial building engineering, HVAC, facilities management and maintenance and appliance repair.  He is not just trained in professional home inspection, he is experienced in the maintenance and repair of home electrical, plumbing, structural, roofing, pools, appliances as well as  air conditioning and heating systems. Kurt holds 4 EPA certifications and has extensive knowledge in traditional and advanced residential air conditioning and heating systems. He utilizes his lifetime training and experience and always up to date inspection training to better help you evaluate your potential home investment. Kurt is also experienced in technical training and uses this knowledge help make the complex simple to understand.
